Volunteer Registration
We’re excited to welcome you to the IBMA World of Bluegrass® volunteer team! While official volunteer registration isn’t open yet, you can get on our radar by filling out the Volunteer Interest Form. Submitting this form ensures you’ll receive updates the moment registration goes live.
We need friendly volunteers to support the following areas:
- Exhibit Hall – Assist exhibitors and help keep the hall running smoothly.
- Registration – Welcome attendees and ensure a seamless check-in process.
- Volunteer Coordination – Help organize and support the volunteer team.
- Session Monitoring – Ensure sessions run on schedule and attendees are guided appropriately.
- IBMA Business Conference – Assist with conference logistics.
- IBMA Bluegrass Ramble – Help with artist and attendee coordination.
- Box Office – Support ticket sales and will-call operations.
- Floaters – Provide flexible support wherever needed throughout the event.
- IBMA Bluegrass Live!® – Help with festival operations.
Please note: If your primary goal is professional networking or conducting business at the event, we strongly encourage registering as an attendee rather than volunteering. Volunteer credentials do not grant access to the Gig Fair, DJ Taping Sessions, luncheons, or receptions with food and beverage. These events are reserved for paid, registered attendees.
